Pricing: The prices listed in Vietnam are exclusive of 10% VAT (All items and services purchased on Starview Store must include a 10% VAT). 

Currency: USD, VND (VietNamese Dong: Applicable only to customers purchasing in Vietnam)

Payment Methods: Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card, online payment portal (VNPAY, PayPal), or Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt of goods and services. Cash payments are accepted at the company office, shop, or warehouse. 

Order Deposit Requirement: For orders outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, customers opting for COD must make a deposit of 10% - 30% of the total value.

 Customers have the option to visit STARVIEW's headquarters or branches to make payments in cash or swipe the bank cards.
